The second edition of the Hong Kong Graduate Barometer is now up and running. The survey, conducted by trendence, Europe’s leading research institute that specialises in employer branding, personnel marketing and recruiting, strives to capture the opinions, views and demands of students, graduates and young professionals, unveiling findings with relevance to their preferences in employment as well as job-hunting priorities and habits.

As a survey participant, you will be asked to select the companies you would most like to work for, from a list of over 200 employers. If necessary, you can add additional companies that are not on our list and these may be considered for inclusion in our subsequent survey.

You will also be asked questions pertaining to your expected starting salary, ideal working hours and other pertinent characteristics that you look for when embarking on your job search. This information will provide valuable insights to prospective employers on the preferences and priorities of university graduates.
